Learning and still making mistakes

After doing some tweaks to the server, and decided to update the post on PlanetMinecraft, I had the misfortune of a ton of players joining the server before I had a chance to get ready for work; I was the only server staff player online.

After a mass of confusion, on mine and some on the other players, I have managed to clean up a few problems, make some tweaks, and made some things Much More Blunt, yet easier to read.

Spoutcraft and Permissions:

•  If joining the server without SpoutCraft, a RED "ns" for NoSpout will appear next to the [GUEST] tag. A Light-Blue "s" will appear if the user has SpoutCraft.
• This is a simple setting of the spout-detection forcing players into one group if No Spout is detected and placing them back into their previous group when it is detected. In this case, both groups are GUESTS, but one, the default, is the original GUST group while the other inherits.

Cleaned up the Rules on here and on the server. Each line on the rules display is different colors for easier reading. If the player is using the default texture pack, the lines should line up without wrapping to the next line.

Cleaned up the /spoutcraft and /howmember a little bit for those without spoutcraft, which in turn can not scroll through the chat.

Added a minor rule to the server. Nothing anyone should be concerned of as no one does it, well mostly no one. No advertising of other servers. You will be kicked or banned if done so.
